PURPOSE: A thermoplastic silicon resin is provided to have excellent handling and preservation stability and to improve heat resistance and transparency. CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic silicon resin comprises a backbone which consists of a polysiloxane; a functional group with two or more side chains each of which has two or more atomic groups capable of forming a hydrogen bond. The functional group is a nucleic acid. The functional group which has two or more atomic groups is one or more selected from thymine, uracil, and adenine.
