PURPOSE: A precise safety diagnosing system using an optical lens and a telephoto lens for diagnosing the safety of civil structures and buildings is provided to remotely photograph the exterior of the structure with a camera with a telephoto lens and to analyze the photographed images with a DSP(Digital Signal Processing) mode, thereby diagnosing the safety of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A precise safety diagnosing system comprises a camera fixing stand(60), a camera(70) with an optical telephoto lens, a posture detecting unit(100), and a DSP safety diagnosing server(200). The camera fixing stand is installed around a structure(50) including a satellite(20), a bridge(30), and a pier(40), thereby fixing the camera. The camera is fixed to the camera fixing stand and outputs photographed image signals according to the corresponding control signals. The posture detecting unit is variably fixed to the part of a surface of the structure, provides angle information, and receives coordinate information signal transmitted from the satellite. The DSP safety diagnosing server receives image signals, in which the surface of the posture detecting unit is photographed, from the camera, thereby diagnosing the safety of the structure. The DSP safety diagnosing server outputs a remote control command signals varying a fixed state of the posture detecting unit by turning the same. |
