PURPOSE: An inorganic ceramic coating composition is provided to improve non-adhesion while maintaining heat resistance, weatherability, staining resistance, chemical resistance, and durability by including a polytetrafluoroethylene resin. CONSTITUTION: An organic and inorganic hybrid coating composition comprises 0.1-25 parts by weight of a fluorine resin, 20-80 parts by weight of an inorganic polymer binder, 1-50 parts by weight of an alkoxysilane compound, 1-10 parts by weight of an aqueous organic solvent, 5-50 parts by weight of a filler or pigment, and residual water. The fluorine resin is selected from a polytetrafluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer, tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinylether copolymer, a polyvinylidene fluoride, or a mixture thereof.
