PLASMA TORCH STRUCTURE ESTABLISHED IN WATER

PURPOSE: An underwater installation plasma torch structure is provided to diffuse radical and gas which are activated in a plasma area and to increase catalytic oxidation reaction, thereby easily removing an environment pollutant. CONSTITUTION: A conductive discharge electrode(20) is inserted into a transparent quartz pipe(10). The conductive discharge electrode has the transparent quartz pipe and a discharge electrode gap in a diameter direction. A conductive counter electrode(30) is separated from the outside of the transparent quartz pipe and is installed. The conductive counter electrode forms a high density plasma region. A torch cap(40) is assembled in an upper part of the transparent quartz pipe. The torch cap forms an electrode tip hold, a gas inlet, and a counter electrode inlet.
