PURPOSE: A planar heating element applying a vacuum insulation panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize a thermal loss by using the vacuum insulation panel with a heat conductivity below 0.01 kcal/mhr°C. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum insulation material(100) is composed of a core material and a sheath which covers the core material. A conductive material layer(120) is formed on one side of the vacuum insulation material. The conductive material layer is made of ITO(Indium Thin Oxide), a carbon nano tube, or a carbon ball. A metal thin film electrode(130,135) is formed on both sides of the conductive material layer. A protection film layer(140) protects the conductive material layer and the metal thin film electrode. |
