PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a transparent member coated with nanoparticles is provided to effectively coat the transparent member with the nanoparticles. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a transparent member coated with nanoparticles comprises: a step of charging a first end part of a nanopaticle(10) which is extended in one direction using first polarity; a step of charging a second end part with second polarity which is opposite polarity to the first polarity; and a step of providing the charged nanoparticle in the space(30) on a first side(21) of a transparent member(20). The nanoparticle is transparent or translucent.
