PURPOSE: A sealing apparatus for packing food is provided to easily detach films from sealed packing containers by maintaining the tensile strength of the films since the packing containers are perfectly sealed to minimize the thermal deformation of the films. CONSTITUTION: A sealing apparatus(1) for packing food comprises a body(10) and a cover(20). The body has a holding frame(12). The cover has a welding frame to thermally press films to packing containers placed on the holding frame. The welding frame comprises multiple heating surfaces and spaces formed between the heating surfaces to block heat conduction.
