PURPOSE: Smart device, door manager device and door opening and closing control system are provided to easily video communicate with a visitor and to open and close a door lock or an auxiliary input unit by controlling a remote automatic control. CONSTITUTION: A door opening and closing system(100) includes a door manager(110), a cloud server(120) and a smart device(130). The door manager collects and transmits voice and video of a visitor, receives and outputs voice or video of a user and opens and closes a door lock or an auxiliary input unit by receiving a command. The cloud server transceives voice and video of a visitor, voice or video of a user and an open and close command by transmitting between the door manager and the smart device.
