PURPOSE: A respiration training apparatus is provided to induce a user to do more correct respiration training. CONSTITUTION: A respiration training apparatus comprises: a pulse detection unit(110) for detecting a pulse signal from the body of a user; a control unit(121) which analyzes the pulse signal inputted from the pulse detection unit, displays cardiac prevarication figure according to the analyzed pulse signal, and controls the main body of the training apparatus; a memory unit for storing data and programs; and a training apparatus main body(120) which comprises a display unit(123).
