PURPOSE: An aiming arm for locking a feumr medullary nail is provided to easily determine the position of an insert by organically connecting an alignment reference pin and a guide pin. CONSTITUTION: An aiming arm for locking a feumr medullary nail comprises a handle lever(110), a guide bracket(120), and first and second alignment reference pins(130,140). The handle lever is fixed to the top end of a medullary nail and determines the rotation position of the medullary nail. The guide bracket is fixed to the end of the handle lever and guides a lag screw inserted into the neck and head of a femur through the medullary nail. The first alignment reference pin is coupled to the guide bracket to determine the position of the guide pin. The second alignment reference pin is coupled to the top end of the handle lever to determine the rotation position of the medullary nail. |
