PURPOSE: A satellite data processing system and an initialization method thereof are provided to process initialization in a short time by providing various case numbers for the initialization. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of receivers(100) receives information for a plurality of satellites. A buffer device(200) stores information for the receivers by grouping the information. A control device(300) controls the initialization of the receivers using the buffer device. The buffer device stores information for the receiver by grouping the receivers in each satellite, each device, and each article.
