The device (5) has a valve (10) comprising a stem (12) connected to an obturator (13) that is supported on a non-circular opening (11) in an initial closing position. A conversion unit is designed to realize, when axial opening force (FO) is greater than axial closing force (FF), a simultaneous rotational and translational displacement of the stem so as to lift and laterally draw aside the obturator from the opening and another displacement of the stem opposite to the former displacement so as to bring back the obturator to the position when the opening force is less than the closing force. An independent claim is also included for a pneumatic-thermal hybrid motorization assembly of a car.
