PURPOSE: An antifoulant and an anti foulating paint composition with cylo dextrine complex are provided to be eco-friendly not containing marine pollutions like an antiflaulant of a fishing net, ship, a part structure and the marine as it does not contain marine contaminants like an organic tin and a cuprous oxide compound. CONSTITUTION: An antifoulant and an antifouling paint composition with cyclo dextrin complex includes a betacyclodextrin complex in which hexadecanoic acid marked with chemical formula 1 is combined as an active componet. The cyclo dextrin complex is a combined complex in which the hexa decanoic acid is combined with alpha-cyclodextrin with or beta-cyclodixtrin physio-chemically. The coupling ratio of the cyclodextrin and yarn decanoic acid has a weight ratio of 3:1. When it comes to antifouling paint composition with resin, solvent, pigment and antifoulant,the cyclo dextrin complex is included in which hexadecanoic acid marked with chemical formular 1 is combined.
