METHOD OF TREATING A VALVE SURFACE WITH ENHANCED DURABILITY

PURPOSE: A method for treating a valve surface to have enhanced durability is provided to form burrs or microgrooves having micropores on the surface of the valve in painting, thereby sustaining the coated surface for a long time after hardening the valve surface. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating the surface of a valve for enhancing the durability of the valve comprises the steps of: forming grooves(120) with a micropore shape and protrusions(140) with a burr shape and surrounding the grooves by hitting the surface of the valve with a hitting tool(200); applying paint by dipping or spraying using a spray gun(400) on the surface of the valve for forming a coating layer(300); forming grooves and protrusions on the surface of the coating layer by hitting the coating layer with a hitting tool; and again applying paint by dipping or spraying on the surface, which includes the secondary grooves and protrusions, for forming an outer layer.
