#CMT# #/CMT# The part has a housing (2) for accommodating a plug insert. The insert includes a plug pin for accommodating a conductor. A fastening unit (7) detachably fastens the part into a bush part. The plug part is mechanically coupled with the bush part of a plug connection system for an optical cable. The fastening unit comprises a locking unit (9) that locks the plug part in the bush part. The locking unit is formed as a separate, single-piece component. The locking unit has a fastening section that is rigidly fastened to the housing. #CMT# : #/CMT# The locking unit is made of metal i.e. spring steel. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Plug part for a plug-in connection (claimed) i.e. plug-in connection system, of an optical cable. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The plug part is simple and comfortable to operate, and enables reliable locking and/or unlocking of the bush part. The locking unit has the fastening section that is rigidly fastened to the housing, thus accurately determining a position of the locking unit with respect to the housing, and hence the plug part is simple and economical to manufacture and assemble and exhibits optimized tolerance values.
