PURPOSE: A fluorescence signal amplification substrate is provided to be applied in various fluorescence detection methods. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescence signal amplification substrate comprises: a substrate main body(1) of a flat form; and a nanostructure(2) which is formed on the substrate main body. The substrate main body is formed of a photonic crystalline structure. The nanostructure contains a metal material such as gold or silver. The fluorescence signal amplification substrate is formed on the upper portion of the nanostructure and further contains a SiO_2 coating layer which prevents quenching of a fluorescent material. The height of the non-metal nanostructure is 20-80 nm. |
