PURPOSE: An outermost angle measurement device and a method thereof are provided to accurately measure an outermost angle of a member by comparing and analyzing an intersection point of a bottom surface and an edge surface of the member or the intersection point of a bevel surface and an edge surface of the member. CONSTITUTION: An outermost angle measurement comprises an image acquisition unit(100) and a control unit(200). The image acquisition unit obtains a laser image and a visible light image on a member. The control unit measures an end part of the member and a bevel surface of the member from the laser image and an edge surface of the member from the visible light image. The control unit measures an intersection point by overlapping the measured edge surface and the measured bevel surface. The control unit measures a bottom surface based on thickness information of the member and measures the intersection point by overlapping the bottom surface and the edge surface. The control unit measures an outermost angle of the member by comparing and analyzing the intersection point of the bottom surface and the edge surface, the intersection point of the bevel surface and the edge surface, and the end part of the member.
