PURPOSE: A device for recognizing and outputting video and voice is provided to upgrade the information of a PC and a visual projector using Bluetooth communication function and to record video without a PC using an SD memory card. CONSTITUTION: A device for recognizing and outputting video and voice comprises a visual projector(100). The visual projector includes a control port(24). A PC(200) is connected to the control port so that a function of the visual projector is remotely controlled by the PC. The visual projector includes an A/D converting unit(11), a field memory(12), a microphone, a voice recognition unit, an image pattern detecting unit, a data recording unit, a data comparison-search-output unit, a video converting unit(14), a signal amplifying unit(15), a D/D converting unit(16), an output unit(17), an HDMI(High Definition Multimedia Interface) amplifying unit(81), a network connecting unit(82), a Wibro transmitting unit(84), and an SD memory card.
