PURPOSE: A card marketing method using personal expenditure records and a system thereof are provided to calculate benefits for each card upon the expenditure simulation request of a client, thereby recommending a card with the most benefits to the client. CONSTITUTION: An expenditure simulation unit compares a member store name and location information in affiliated card information with a member store name and location information included in expenditure information(S121). The expenditure simulation unit extracts benefits information for each financial card of all card companies from a database(S122). The expenditure simulation unit extracts an expenditure member store pattern of a user(S123). The expenditure simulation unit provides the expected benefit result of a corresponding card(S124).
