The device (10) has a seat comprising a base (12) that is coupled to a backrest (11). The seat is moved between a lower occupation position and a higher releasing position in an inner side of a passenger compartment (5) of a vehicle by a passenger. A displacement unit (111) is mounted interdependent to the backrest. Another displacement unit is interdependently mounted on the base.
