PURPOSE: A pole transformer live wire branch ring safety device is provided to facilitate the connecting and repairing process of a live wire branch ring and a first drop wire and easily confirm a connection state of the first drop wire combined with the live wire branch ring. CONSTITUTION: A main cover(10) covers a branch sleeve(3), which is combined with a power line(1), by combining an upper side. A mounting rib(13) is extended and formed outside along the edge of an opening part(11). A sealing pad(20) is inserted into a main cover for covering both ends of the main cover. A pair of opening and closing covers(30) are rotatably coupled with both ends of the mounting rib for opening and closing the opening part of the main cover. A pair of opening and closing covers form an overlapped rib(31) at the side of an upper part and one end to be overlapped with the mounting rib. Connecting members(40) are positioned between the mounting rib and the overlapped rib.
