PURPOSE: A mental arithmetic learning system using a data communication network is provided to successively expose abacus images in order after the answer input time, thereby effectively increasing mental arithmetic capability. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(2) outputs a problem, an answer, and sequential abacus image cuts for mental arithmetic learning on a screen. The user terminal performs the mental arithmetic learning through a game. A mental arithmetic learning operation server(4) transmits mental arithmetic learning data to the user terminal corresponding to a personal arithmetic learning request of the user terminal. The mental arithmetic learning operation server executes group mental arithmetic learning corresponding to the game request signals of a plurality of user terminals.
