PURPOSE: An adulteration processor for sewage and wasted water is provided to have an excellent process performance of adulteration included in the sewage or wasted water, which is almost equivalent to the previous application, with a simple structure, and to be optimized for sewage or wasted water treatment in a small to medium size which has various influx property phases including excrements, livestock wastewater, or domestic wastewater etc. CONSTITUTION: An adulteration processor(1) for sewage and wasted water comprises an equipment base(2), a disc screen(10), a screw press(20), a low speed dehydrator(30) and a fine sand discharger(40). The equipment base comprises a filtrate reservoir and a filtrate outlet bath. The disc screen is arranged on the upper part of the filtrate reservoir, and separates filtrate and adulteration from the sewage or wasted water introduced in the processor. The screw press is arranged in the outlet side of the disc screen, and extrudes the adulteration. The low speed dehydrator is arranged on the upper part of the filtrate outlet bath, and separates the fine adulteration from the filtrate pumped in the filtrate reservoir. The fine sand discharger is connected to the lower part of the low speed dehydrator, and discharges the fine adulteration separated from the low speed dehydrator. |
