PURPOSE: A guide for a transmission gear is provided to improve fusing intensity between a synthetic resin shoe and a synthetic resin base by preventing conduction to the inside of the guide width direction of a guide wall while avoiding the assembling error state of a gearing chain. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin shoe(110) comprises a sliding contact surface(110a). The synthetic resin shoe is made of polyamide resin. A synthetic resin base(120) is made of reinforced polyamide resin. The synthetic resin base supports a rear side of the synthetic resin shoe along a guide length direction.
