PURPOSE: A waist exercising device is provided to allow a moving plate to draw a circular trace and to improve waist exercise efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A waist exercising device comprises a fixture(10) perpendicularly equipped with a pair of axis holes; a crank shaft(20) which rotates one-sided by being respectively injected into the axis hole; a moving plate(30) which moves and draws circular trace according to the rotating direction of the crankshaft; and a belt massager apparatus having a heating function. The crank shaft is rotated by a motor and a power transmission device and operated by a controller.
