PURPOSE: A multistage automatic transmission is provided to improve power transmitting efficiency and gear shifting feeling by easily implementing gear shifting due to fluid pressure. CONSTITUTION: Multiple input side gears(30) rotate with an input shaft(20). Multiple output side CAM gears(60) form a non-circular CAM space inside. An output shaft(70) forms a receiving chamber(73) inside. The output shaft forms more than one connecting path(75) along the circumferential direction of outer surface. The communication path communicates with the receiving chamber. A fluid path rod(90) comprises multiple cylinders and multiple fluid paths. The fluid path rod is connected to the output shaft. Multiple loaders(110) lock or release a connection pin(100). Multiple loaders attach or detach the connection pin to the output side CAM gear. Multiple wedge rings(120) slide while forming a slope with a pair of loaders. The multiple wedge rings mutually contact or separate a pair of loaders. Multiple pistons(140) reciprocates the wedge ring. A control part(200) controls the supply of the fluid pressure of the fluid path. [Reference numerals] (AA) Reverse
