RMT1 GENE FROM ORYZA SATIVA AND USES THEREOF

PURPOSE: An RMP 1 gene originated from Oryza sativa and its usage are provided to develop a transformation plant with the salt stress resistance awarding the salt damage resistance to the plat by controlling the target protein amount. CONSTITUTION: An RMT 1 gene originated from Oryza sativa includes environmental stress resistance related RMT 1[RING finger protein with microtubule-targeting domain 1]originated from the Oryza saliva. The gene coats the RMT 1 protein. The gene is composed of the base sequence of a ranking number. A recombinant vector includes the gene. The host cell is transformed into the recombinant vector. The way to increase the resistance toward the environmental stress of the plant comprises a step that transforms the plant cell to a recombinant vector with RMTS gene originated from the Oryza saliva and a step that branches into plants from the transformed plant cell.
