PURPOSE: A cyclone and a fluid bed reactor including the same are provided to collect and reuse scattered particles, and to improve the yield of trichlorosilane by reacting the particles with gas. CONSTITUTION: A cyclone(10) includes a collecting unit(110) and a pipe(120) for discharging collected particles. The collecting unit includes a particle inlet(112) and a gas outlet(114). One end of the pipe is connected to the collecting unit. The pipe includes a particle outlet(122) protruded from the center of the pipe, and a bubble size adjuster(124) located on the other end of the pipe. The bubble size adjuster has a rod or a needle shape.
