The head-rest has a turntable support mounted with sliding motion along a pin in a direction (Z). The sliding motion is inhibited by a blocking unit in a direction of displacement. A support body (6) is mounted in sliding motion on the turntable support in another direction (X). An unlocking rod has rest position and activation position. An intermediate unlocking unit has rest position, and unlocking position in which the unlocking unit releases the blocking unit, and the intermediate unlocking unit is pulled by a pin of the unlocking rod.
