PURPOSE: A multistage automatic transmission is provided to easily implement gear shifting by generating magnetic force with an electrical signal before shifting gears. CONSTITUTION: Multiple input side gears(30) rotate with an input shaft(20). Multiple output side CAM gears(60) tooth engage with the multiple input side gears in a reverse direction. The multiple output side CAM gears form a non-circular CAM space inside. An output shaft(70) forms a receiving chamber inside. The output shaft forms more than one communicating path which communicates with the receiving chamber along a circumferential direction at outside. Multiple connecting pins(90) deliver or block the rotation force of the input side gear to the output side gear. Multiple loaders(100) lock or release the connecting pin. The multiple loaders attach or detach the connection pin to the output side CAM gear. Multiple electromagnet coil parts(140) generate magnetic force at a pair of loaders.
