PURPOSE: A mobile robot, a remote control system thereof, and a method are provided to watch surrounding of the mobile robot in remote and to rapidly confirming a state of the mobile robot by checking the state in real time. CONSTITUTION: A mobile robot comprises an image detecting unit, a driving unit, and a control unit. The image detecting unit makes a film of surroundings and generates image information. The driving unit includes one or more wheels and drives the wheels according to a driving signal. The control unit generates the driving signal based on a movement command and generates the image information by controlling the image detecting unit.
