CONSTRUCTING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR A TRAIN TEMPORARY BRIDGE

PURPOSE: A construction machine and a construction method thereof are provided to rapidly install a railroad makeshift bridge without disrupting the railroad services such as the stoppage of a train service or the slowing down of a train. CONSTITUTION: A construction machine of a railroad makeshift bridge is composed of the following steps of: a step(S1) of installing pile structures on both sides of a railway subbase; a step(S2) of installing a main girder cross beam on the upper end of each pile structure; a step(S3) of installing two equipment holders on one main girder cross beam; a step(S4) of fixing a hydraulic jack, a screw driving unit, a spline gear and a wire winch; a step(S5) of installing a guiderail on an orthogonal direction of the main girder cross beam; a step(S6) of mounting a longitudinal beam guide on the guide rail; a step(S7) of mounting a feed screw on the spline gear; a step(S8) of excavating the railroad bed pebbles or the railway subbase to form an excavation space; a step(S9) of separating the feed screw from the spline gear; a step(S10) of excavating after the equipment holder is moved to another operation position; a step(S11) of inserting the main girder cross beam into the excavation space by drawing the main girder cross beam with the wire winch; and a step(S13) of repeating the installation of the main girder cross beams and the excavation work and installing a longitudinal beam binding cross beams connecting to multiple main girder beams on both sides.
