PURPOSE: A manufacturing method with excellent watertightness of a packing member for pipe coupling is provided to improve workability and productivity by easily molding the packing member without influence of a shape of a pressure protrusion or the number of the pressure protrusion forming in one side of the packing member. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method with excellent watertightness of a packing member for pipe coupling comprises as follows. A soft synthetic resin is injected into an extrusion machine. The packing member in which a plurality of pressure protrusion is formed is molded on a surface of the synthetic resin(S10). The packing member is cut in a predetermined length(S20). The packing member which is cut is mounted in a welding machine. Both parts of the packing member is welded(S30). The welding machine comprises a base plate, a stopper, a bottom jig, a heater, and a housing including a space unit in an upper part.
