PURPOSE: A transfer measurement system and a transfer measurement method are provided to simply measure speed, slope or width of a transfer object. CONSTITUTION: A transfer measurement system includes a first distance measurement sensor(210), a second distance measurement sensor(230) and a control unit(250). The first distance measurement sensor measures a distance at a first start point starting detection of a transfer object transferred along a traveling direction. The second distance measurement sensor measures a distance at a second start point starting detection after the first start point. The control unit calculates traveling speed of a transfer object through a distance between the first distance measurement sensor and the second distance measurement sensor arranged in a straight line or a distance between the opposite side point of the second distance measurement sensor and the first distance measurement sensor and time difference between the first start point and the second start point.
