PURPOSE: A fire door structure improving airtightness by installing a packing in a door frame and the fire door is provided to improve sound proof and thermal insulation performance by installing an extra packing in the door frame and the fire door as well. CONSTITUTION: A manufacture of a fire door structure improving airtightness comprises: a step of forming a door frame which comprises an external touch step(21), an inner side touch step(22), and a side packing groove(24) by bending a metal plate; a step of inserting an insulation and a sound proof material in the inner side of the door frame; a step of inserting a finishing step(31) of a finishing hole(30) through the end of the door frame; a step of inserting a packing step(33) in order to generate an end of a packing groove(32); and a step of completing the fire door by individually inserting a door packing(23) in the side packing groove and the end of a packing groove. |
