PURPOSE: A probe block is provided to test a panel with a plurality of pads by laminating a plurality of leaf springs with steps. CONSTITUTION: A probe block(100) includes a body block(110), leaf springs(120,130), and a sheet(140). The bottom of the body block is downwardly inclined in a panel contact direction. A plurality of leaf springs are laminated on the lower side of the body block with steps. A sheet surrounds the ends of the leaf springs and includes electrode lines in contact with the pads to test a panel on an insulation film. |
