The method involves determining whether a preamble is transmitted to a node (1010) by one of child nodes of the node, during a listening phase of a time frame. An acknowledgment message specifying rendezvous time is sent back to the node if the preamble is transmitted. The node is allowed to enter a receiving phase, at the end of the listening phase if the message is sent, where the node broadcasts a message for allocating time windows to the child nodes (1060), at the rendezvous time, and receives a data packet of the child node to which one of the windows is allocated, during each window. |
