PURPOSE: A connector access terminal processing structure of a shield line and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a waterproof performance by forming a paste type waterproof agent. CONSTITUTION: A first water stop unit(30) is formed by a paste type waterproof agent. The paste type waterproof agent is not penetrated into a second water stop unit(40). The first water stop unit integrally wraps a boundary unit between an exposed strand unit(24) and a cover unit(28) in a plurality of shield lines(20). The second water stop unit wraps an outer water stop unit of the first water stop unit. The second water stop unit adheres to the outer water stop unit of the cover unit and the exposed strand unit in an extension direction of the shield lines.
