PURPOSE: A producing method of medicinal porridge using ox stomach and glutinous rice is provided to provide the porridge to patients after a gastric cancer surgery or during anticancer treatment. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of medicinal porridge comprises the following steps: pre-boiling ox stomach, and finely cutting; preparing 3 guen(1,800g) of ox stomach, 3 hop(540ml) of glutinous rice, three ginseng roots, three cloves of garlic, three tablespoons of sesame oil, and 1 mal(18L) of water; roasting the ox stomach with the sesame oil, adding the water before boiling for an hour, cooling to remove fat on the upper side, and adding the garlic into the mixture before boiling for 30 minutes; and adding the glutinous rice before boiling for 30 minutes, and adding the ginseng roots before concentrating the mixture for about 10 hours in weak fire. |
