The punching device comprises a punching member (2) disposed at a free end of a rod (311) of a first cylinder (31), and second cylinders (32, 32') extending to the first cylinder in a parallel manner and in a same direction. Rods (321, 321') of the second cylinders are kinematically connected to a body of the first cylinder so that the first cylinder is moved by activating the rod of the second cylinders, and are fixed to the body of the first cylinder. The first cylinder or the second cylinder is mounted on a cylinder support frame (4) and on a chassis (5). The punching device comprises a punching member (2) disposed at a free end of a rod (311) of a first cylinder (31), and second cylinders (32, 32') extending to the first cylinder in a parallel manner and in a same direction. Rods (321, 321') of the second cylinders are kinematically connected to a body of the first cylinder so that the first cylinder is moved by activating the rod of the second cylinders, and are fixed to the body of the first cylinder. The first cylinder or the second cylinder is mounted on a cylinder support frame (4) and on a chassis (5). The second cylinders are placed at both sides of the first cylinder. The first and second cylinders have same length. The free ends of rods of the secondary cylinders and front ends of the body of the first cylinder are fixed together using a first plate. The front ends of the body of second cylinders are fixed together by a second plate consisting of a part of the frame. The second plate is pierced into an opening for authorizing the passage of the rods of the secondary cylinders and the body of the first cylinder. The first and second plates contain a unit for guiding the first cylinder. The cylinder support frame is pivotally mounted around a horizontal axis on a support and rotatably mounted around a vertical axis with respect to the chassis. The chassis comprises a ring, and is movable and mounted on wheels. The support comprises rollers mounted and disposed so as to cooperate and roll on the ring. The cylinder support frame is provided with a gripping and displacing unit and a control case according to the function of the first and second cylinders.
