PURPOSE: A sterilizer which is detachable in a vacuum cleaner is provided to efficiently exterminate bacteria and mites in dusts and to sterilize the inner part of a main body or a connection part by attaching a ventilation fan to the sterilizer. CONSTITUTION: A sterilizer which is detachable in a vacuum cleaner comprises a main body, a connection part, a sterilizer(140), and a ventilation fan(150). The main body generates suction force using a vacuum motor. The connection part delivers the suction force to a suction nozzle which is separated from the main body. The sterilizer sterilizes the dust which is introduced into the main body through the suction nozzle, the connection part, and inside of the main body. The ventilation fan is attached to one or more sides of the sterilizer and induces wind to flow in.
