SERVICE EVALUATION SYSTEM AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service evaluation system enabling provision of information for selecting a high quality cloud service and the related technique.

SOLUTION: A service evaluation system obtains a user usage status of a process result of a cloud service and evaluates the cloud service on the basis of the usage status. In detail, the usage status includes information related to a presence/absence of a user correction of the process result and contents of the user correction of the process result. The service evaluation system determines a presence/absence of a material user correction of the process result of the cloud service on the basis of the presence/absence of the correction and the correction contents and evaluates the cloud service by reflecting the presence/absence of the material correction (steps S23 through S27).
