SCREW CONVEYOR DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw conveyor device that can measure the instantaneous carrying amount and cumulative carrying amount of a conveyed object.

SOLUTION: The trough 2 includes: a trough 2A of a measuring part A; and a trough 2B of a conveying part B. The trough 2A and the trough 2B are elastically connected with a joint part 12 via an elastic sealing material 16. The speed measuring detector 13 which measures the feed rate of the screw 3 is connected with the shaft 8 of a screw 3 so that the measured value can be sent to an integrator. Load cells 20 which measure the weight of the conveyed object are disposed between the trough 2A and legs 5 which support it to the measured value is sent to the integrator. Based on these measured values, the instantaneous carrying amount of the conveyed object is calculated.
