<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printing machine that prints a paste with no or minimum non-printed region formed on an outer circumferential edge of a substrate, and improves manufacturing yield by preventing the paste from adhering to a side surface of the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: The screen printing machine applies the paste 109 on a print mask 107 to a surface to be printed of a p-type polycrystalline silicon substrate 2A arranged on a print stage 102a below the print mask 107 via opening patterns provided on the print mask 107 by sliding a squeegee 110 on the print mask 107. The screen printing machine includes one or more auxiliary boards 104, 106 which can fix the p-type polycrystalline silicon substrate 2A so that the auxiliary boards adhere tightly to the side surface of the p-type polycrystalline silicon substrate 2A on the print stage 102a, with the side surface being formed on a side shape of the p-type polycrystalline silicon substrate 2A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
