<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance while reducing an abrasion modifying material included in reinforcing cloth to a small quantity. <P>SOLUTION: A transmission belt 10 keeps a pulley contact surface of a belt body 11 covered with the reinforcing cloth 13. The reinforcing cloth 13 is provided with a surface rubber layer, which includes a granular abrasion modifying material on a pulley contact side surface of a cloth body. In addition, a sinking regulating means is formed to regulate sink-in between yarns of the cloth body of the abrasion modifying material included in the surface rubber layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
