A knife-grinder has a body and a grinding device. The body has a handle segment and a mounting segment. The handle segment is formed on a rear end of the body. The mounting segment is formed on a front end of the body, is formed on and protrudes from the handle segment and has a chamber, an opening, two pivot holes and a major grinding mouth. The grinding device is detachably mounted in the body and has two pivot rods, a first grinding element and a second grinding element. The pivot rods are respectively mounted in the pivot holes of the mounting segment. The grinding elements are respectively, rotatably and movably mounted around the pivot rods, and each grinding element has a spacing disk and two grinding slices. The grinding slices are respectively, rotatably and movably mounted around the pivot rods beside the spacing disks in an alternative arrangement. |
