摘要 The present invention relates to a method of preparing puree including: providing pieces of raw material in a blending unit; heating the pieces of raw material; and blending the pieces of raw material when the pieces of raw material have been heated to a first temperature, wherein during the blending step, the heating step is controlled such that the temperature of the pieces of raw material being blended is between the first temperature and a second temperature, the second temperature being higher than the first temperature. The main advantage of this invention is that more high-temperature-sensitive nutrients can be preserved.
