Disclosed is a system for determining a state and movement of a human body using an optical signal, including: an optical signal transmission module for generating and outputting an optical signal; an optical signal transfer module which can be attached to at least one joint part of the human body and has at least one cut end; and a human body state analysis module which determines a state change of the human body by producing an optical transfer ratio of at least one optical transfer path varied on the basis of a gap of at least one cut end of at least one optical signal transfer path, wherein a gap of one cut end of at least one optical signal transfer path is varied on the basis of a change in angle of one joint part of the human body.
