The flexible printed circuit board of the present invention comprises: a base film, having via holes filled with conductive connectors, attached on one side to a first adhesive sheet and attached on the other side to a second adhesive sheet; a first conductive pattern attached to the first adhesive sheet by transcription; a second conductive pattern attached to the second adhesive sheet by transcription and electrically connected to the first conductive pattern via the conductive connectors; a first cover layer attached to the first adhesive sheet; and a second cover layer attached to the second adhesive sheet. Accordingly, the occurrence of a smear is minimized since the via holes are formed with only the two sides of the base film attached with adhesive sheets, the manufacturing process is simplified, a thin width is achieved and manufacturing costs can be reduced.
