The element (1) has an outer component (3) e.g. knitted fabric and braided fabric, for partially surrounding a metal bellows (2). The outer component is fixed at the metal bellows in a region of a bellows shaft mount (2a), a bellows shaft trough (2b) and a preliminary shaft by an annular holding unit (4) i.e. thin walled metal ring, using a magnetic forming process. The holding unit exhibits circular cross-section or torus-shaped cross-section and is made of electrical conductive material or driver material, and the outer component is made of metallic or non-metallic material.
